Basebone
Basebone is the system that manages all of Sprint Media’s services, mobile billing connections and development. Thanks to a very sophisticated and robust architecture the system operates flawlessly and plays a key role in the company's success. The system has been completely developed in-house and is independent of third-party software developers. Basebone is under constant development and today offers key features such as:
Comprehensive Reporting
Basebone allows users to view detailed billing and service reports that allows users to quickly identify problems and opportunities. Reports can be broken down into specific categories, for example: per billing solution, short code, network, application or project. This solution allows us to have visibility of the services we run to the minutest detail, for example the ability to see the number of billing attempts vs billing success and the reasons for failures, if available – all in real time, of course.
Content control
Basebone features a content management system that allows for quick and easy organization and online publication of our content portfolio which includes User Generated Content, Mobile Content, Competitions, Feeds and Online Stores. In addition to an easy overview, the CMS offers the facility to organize by campaign type, category or by name. It is optimized for all content types used across mobile and web devices.
Powerful marketing
Basebone includes an advertising system that can host, monitor and manage landing pages, allowing on-the-fly changes to configuration and content. Landing pages can be assigned to projects, advertising networks (such as Google or Admob), countries, remote campaigns (such as AdWords) or to a billing solution.
Financial vision
Basebone generates detailed profit and loss statements per account, broken down by project or month, and includes all expenses and revenue generated as well as key performance indicators such as subscriber development. Everything can be viewed in real time, with multiple currencies and automatic currency conversion. Reports are split into sections such as advertising costs per campaign, streaming SMS, applied penalties, product shipment, HRL and others.
